Monday

Topic: Cardiovascular fitness day and team sport.

Goal: Students will run and walk a mile. Running the straight a way and walking the curves.

Topic: Same as the 8th grade.

 

 

Tuesday

Topic: Weight lifting unit test.

Goal: Students just completed final workout and will test to show a 10 pound inprovment.

 Topic: Weight lifting unit test.

Goal: Students will test on the parallel squat and bench press. They must show a minimum of  10 pound increase in the amount of weight lifting.

STUDENTS NOT TESTING IN THE WT. ROOM WILL BE OUTSIDE WITH MRS. SORTORE PLAYING A GAME.

 

 

Wednesday

Topic: Weight lifting test

Goal: Students must show a 10 pound increase from previous test.

 Topic: Weight lifting test

Goal: Students will show a 10 pound increase from previous test.

 

STUDENTS NOT TESTING IN THE WT. ROOM WILL BE OUTSIDE WITH MRS. SORTORE PLAYING A GAME.

 

 

 

 

 

Thursday

Topic: Weight lifting test.

Goal: to show a 10 pound improvement.

 Topic: Weight lifting test.

Goal: Students will be expected to show a 10 pound increase in the amount of weight lifted.

STUDENTS WILL BE OUTSIDE WITH MRS. SORTORE WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED IN THE WT. ROOM.

 

 

Friday

Topic: Last day to make up missed assignments.

Goal: The students will finish testing on weight lifting unit, and fitness tests.

 

 Topic: Same as the 8th grade classes.

 

Lockers and locks will be turned in on Monday May 19. So bring a bag to take belongings home in.
