SAM
A symbolic character, SAM , wears a hat with the district Mission rightfully written on top.
The Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment vertical bars in the hat body directly support the district mission and must remain aligned to effectively do so.
Results-Based Staff Development is the band that holds the bars together, as they continually adjust to better support the mission.
Supporting all of this is the brim of the hat, the USD 445 Strategic Plan, which also covers all of SAM’s body, positioned and coordinated to support the hat. |
