Information About My Classes
Foods I and Foods II are an introduction to food safety, cooking, and nutrition for individuals and families. These classes are 1 semester each. Pro Start I and II is a 2 year program in Food and Beverage Management to prepare high school students to work in the foodservice industry. This course is sanctioned by the National Restaurant Association and they award certificates to students who complete both the classroom curriculum as well as on the job training. This training, plus the certificate, should help students make a smooth transition into leadership or management positions. I am very proud of my Pro-Start student from the past. Field Kindley has had more students awarded the NRA certificate than any other school in Kansas.

Information About Me
I hold a BS degree in Vocational Home Economics from Harding University and a Masters Degree in School Leadership from Pittsburg State University. I have several years of foodservice industry experience.
