  • In Pro Start II, part of the curriculum is to create a virtual food service, deciding on location, theme,  target audience, décor, and most importantly menu and pricing.  We create a computer generated menu including foods, descriptions, graphics and prices. Abbie H. took her project one  step further and created some of the filled cookies that would go in her “Smushies” kiosk  that would appear in sports venues.  Her NADO SMUSHIE was featured in the hospitality room at the Interstate Basketball Classic. - Mrs. Law
