Building on our culturally diverse community, USD 445 will prepare all students for life-long learning by providing resources for a comprehensive quality education in a safe environment that promotes high academic achievement and responsible citizenship in a global society.
Objectives
Objective 1: 100% of our students will meet graduation requirements
Objective 2: 100% of our students will be actively engaged in the learning process.
Objective 3: 100% of our students will have the opportunity to meet Kansas Board of Regents requirements.
Objective 4: 100% of our students will test at proficient or above on all state assessments.

- District will maintain current curriculum standards for Regents classes.
- The district will allocate resources to ensure the assessed indicators in the aligned curricula are taught by highly qualified staff.
- We will implement a plan to address facility needs in a fiscally responsible manner that will allow us to accommodate out projected enrollment increase to accomplish out mission.
