Coffeyville Public Schools uses ParentSquare as our primary platform for school communication. Families receive messages through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.
An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our student information system. Activation links will be sent to the email address you used to complete Online Registration. These activation emails will be sent on August 3rd. We encourage you to activate your account to download the free mobile app, set your language preferences, and choose how and when you’d like to receive messages.

Getting Started
Open the ParentSquare invitation email. Select Activate Your Account. Follow the prompts to complete setup. Download the ParentSquare app or access ParentSquare through a web browser. If you do not receive an invitation email, check your Spam folder or log in to ParentSquare Online using the email you provided in Infinite Campus. StudentSquare (Grades 6th-12th)
What Can Students Do with StudentSquare?
- Receive messages from teachers, coaches and sponsors
- Stay informed about classes, activities and athletics
- Communicate with school staff through a district-approved platform
- Access school and classroom updates
- Receive notifications through the mobile app or web browser
Getting Started
Students can access StudentSquare using their district credentials on a school-issued device, through a web browser or by downloading the StudentSquare mobile app.
In compliance with HB 2299, Parent/Square and StudentSquare are the district-approved platforms for communication between students and teachers, coaches, sponsors and other school staff.
ParentSquare & StudentSquare Tips
- Activate Your Account: Click the link in your activation email/text, sign up on parentsquare.com or via the ParentSquare app using the email provided to the school.
- Download App: It is easy to stay in the loop with the ParentSquare or StudentSquare app. Download it now for iOS or Android devices.
- Set Preferences: Click your name in the top right to set your notification and language preferences. You choose your message frequency. Do you want your messages instantly? Or one digest each evening? You decide!
- Get Photos & Files: Click 'Photos & Files' in the sidebar to access pictures, forms and documents that have been shared with you.
- Appreciate Posts: Click 'Appreciate' in your email/app or website to thank a teacher or staff member for a post.
- Comment or Reply: Click 'Comment' in the app or website to privately ask a question about the post that your teacher or school sent. (Please note: Comments/replies may not always be available on each post.)
- Participate: Click 'Sign Ups & RSVPs' in the sidebar to see available opportunities. Click the bell on top to check your commitments.
- Join a Group: Click 'Groups' in the sidebar to see groups you (or your student) are participating in or to stay up-to-date. This is where you will find athletic team or extracurricular group communication.
- Find People: Click 'Directory' in the sidebar to find contact information for school staff.
- Get in Touch: Click 'Messages' in the sidebar to privately get in touch with staff and teachers.
