    Please note that you will have the option to select On-site or Remote Learning at the beginning of the enrollment process. 

    Returning Students 

    Families with students who have attended Coffeyville Public Schools in the past will log in through their parent portal (Infinite Campus) to enroll. If you need your parent portal information please email us at campus@cvilleschools.com. 

    Below is a step by step on how to access enrollment registration from the parent portal:

    New students and including incoming Kindergartners

    To enroll your new student please click on the link below to complete and submit the registration. All students in your household may be enrolled at one time through this link. 

    New Student Enrollment

    • New students must have a birth certificate, immunization records, and new student physical on file. Please contact the appropriate school to submit these forms.

    Preschool Enrollment

    The ELC is currently taking application for 3-5 year olds. Pleaes call the ELC for more information at 620-251-1147.

    Payment of Fees

    Fees may be paid online or at the schools.  To pay online log into Parent Portal, select "more" and then "fees".  

    Adjustments for free/reduced textbooks or Indian Ed waivers are manually posted and will not automatically reflect in your total amount due.

On-Site Learning Information

  • Pre-K/Elementary/Secondary

    • Traditional classroom setting with safety precautions set in place.
    • In-Person learning, conversations, and engagement.
    • Social interaction with peers and staff for preparation of living in a connected world.
    • Immediate access to libraries and materials.
    • 24-7 online access to submitted and/or graded assignments.
    • Technology and Internet provided as needed.
    • There will be NO ON-SITE SCHOOL on Wednesdays and deep cleaning will occur.
    • Students attend on-site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. All students participate in remote learning on Wednesdays.
    • Laptops will go home on Tuesdays *(checked out by teachers to students) and during periods of time where remote learning is put into place. Laptops will need to come back on Thursday's with the student.

Remote Learning Information

  • The Kansas State Department of Education has set new guidelines for remote learning for all students and school districts in Kansas. These include:

    • The standards must be the same for all students regardless if they are in on-site or remote learning platforms.
    • A teacher must make daily contact with each remote learner.
    • The parent must sign off on a daily log attesting to the time a student spends on school work.
    • Students MUST document and submit at least 6 hours daily of engagement time in lessons and submit each week.
    • Students will be required to have DAILY contact with teacher.

    Pre-K/Elementary

    • Remote learners will remain Coffeyville USD 445 students and receive their instruction/services from district instructors and staff remotely.
    • Students/Parents will have the option to choose remote learning as needed.
    • Flexible schedule.
    • Same standards for students in school and remote.
    • All remote learning will be done remotely through utilization of Google Classroom.
    • Student workload will be the same as in person.
    • Students can meet with teachers by appt.
    • Remote learners can arrange for parents to pick up meals. Free, reduced and full pay eligibility will still apply.
    • Lunch-Parents will receive a notice via text blast and/or social media that may get meals for remote students. Notices will also be placed on the website. Parents will be instructed to contact the Child Nutrition Director for more information. You will be informed that with a signed waiver you may pick up meals for your student(s). You will also be informed that your meals will be provided based on eligibility – free, reduced, or full pay. These meals will ALL be provided from Nado Café pick up.     Secondary

    • Remote learners will remain Coffeyville USD 445 students and receive their instruction/services from district instructors and staff remotely.
    • Google classroom connects all teachers, students, and parents for seamless and flexible learning transitions. 
    • 24-7 online access to submitted and/or graded assignments. 
    • Technology provided, as needed. 
    • Participation in school-sponsored activities and programs. Contact your building principal or counselors for more information.
    • Same standards for students in on-site and remote.
    • If students switch between on-site and remote, there will need to be at least a 3 day notice for procedural changes. 
    • All remote learning will be done remotely through utilization of Google Classroom and online meeting times.
    • Student workload will be the same as in person.
    • Wednesday: Teachers make content videos, Zoom meetings with remote students, enter grades, prepare lessons, grading, collaborate on grades/lessons, check student logs (remote only), track engagement of students (remote only).
    • Students with IEP’s, ESOL, 504’s, or other students needing 1 on 1 support may schedule appointments on site if needed on Wednesdays.
    • Tier 3 SEL students may also schedule counseling support sessions on Wednesdays.
    • Teachers will create a weekly Padlet for parents to see assignments.

General Information

  • ELC 

    The ELC takes applications year-round. To enroll your child, please stop by 200 Walnut and bring the following: birth confirmation, immunizations records, insurance/medical card, social security number and proof of income. The child must have a Kan-Be-Healthy physical before starting school. ELC representatives will be at District Enrollment to take applications for those not enrolled yet.

     

    CES

    CES will need a copy of the certified birth certificate, current immunization records, health assessment for students under 8 years of age. Health Assesments apply ONLY to students new to a Kansas school which would include all Kindergarten students and any new student from out of state.

     

     RMS

    New Students: We ask for a Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and we have them fill out a Records Request (we provide). As far as Immunizations, I have them take those to the CHC table with their health forms. They only need a Physical if they are participating in sports, you will get that from the CHC table at enrollment. 

    New Student Forms – Enrollment Form, Race/Ethnicity, Home Language, Data Disclosure, Photo Authorization, and Health Forms from CHC. Last year there was a Migrant Form and Title VII from provided (not mandatory)

    For Returning Students: Enrollment Form, Data Disclosure, Photo Authorization, and CHC Health Forms.

     

    FKHS

    New Students- Birth Certificate and Shot Records. We will request records from your previous school. 

    Returning Students- You may pick up your schedules the day of enrollment and make changes to it if need be.
