The Dr. Jerry Hamm Early Learning Center of Coffeyville has one of the most diverse populations, the third lowest average family income, parents with the least education and the greatest percentage of gains compared to other sites in the longitudinal study. The scores were above the statewide ECBG averages with significant improvement over the school year.
